The Barbados Golf Club Review
The Barbados Golf Club Review

If you want to play golf in Barbados it can
be costly especially those marquee courses on the West coast. But if you want something
that is fun and challenging and good value you should try the Barbados golf club. The course is well maintained and is still
a fair challenge for all. The club house staff a friendly and the bar is a gathering place.
The club does not lack the spirit that its more glamorous neighbours might have on the
island, and that’s because this is a real member’s course.
Well worth a try. My favorite holes was the par 4 hole #9 you need a Good club selection
for your second shot  as you are going to be hitting into a really generous green. Now a playable coral waste
bunker decorates the left of the green so be mindful of the water hazard beyond.  Another
great hole was the Par 5 # 18. This par 5 invites a long final drive to make good progress
on this 458 yard hole. Now on the second and third shots you must be mindful of an intervening
water hazard that splits the expansive fairway about 100 yards out and it crosses over to
a pool to the right of the green. This is a wonderful course for golfers of
all skill levels. Now the back nine with its deceptive par threes and the uphill holes
can challenge the best ball strikers. The course has received a great deal of tender
loving care from its maintenance crew over the years and it makes for a really great
fun golf day. Its really got Good basic food is served at
the club bar – I think lunch is the best time to go (doesn’t matter if you’re not playing
golf!). They have got a really nice setting with great views of the 9th & 18th greens.
Service is friendly & efficient and I would try the flying fish sandwich, it’s really
tasty and it won’t break your bank. If you liked this video click and like it,
