My name is Tim Matsche, manager of Loggers Trail Golf Course, located in Stillwater, MN. Number four is a great hole for many reasons. The first challenge starts with the tee shot. As you can see by the scenery we think it
sticks apart from the rest of the holes on the course. The tee shot is a challenge to keep
it in the fairway with trouble on both sides. A lot of people suggest using a long iron
to make sure you keep it in play and the trouble doesn’t end there with a second shot needing to stay also in play. You see the big sand trap on the right, woods on the left. I would suggest trying to hit it in the middle of the green, 2 putting getting out of there
with a par.
