Garmin Approach G8: Using the Touch Targeting Feature on your Golf GPS Watch
Garmin Approach G8: Using the Touch Targeting Feature on your Golf GPS Watch

Preview and Decide Hallo! My name is Mark Stephenson.
I’ve been a PGA Golf Professional for 33 years. Here we are at Saadiat Beach Golf Club, hole number 16, the signature hole. Why is it that? It’s a monster par 4, dogleg from left to right. As you can see we have bunkers everywhere. Now the problem is, where do I hit my golf
ball to? But using the Garmin Approach G8 I have a brilliant course view here where I can see that the bunkers in front
of me are 135 yards, the bunker right in front of me to the end
of the fairway is at 272 yards. Now by touching the screen I can move to a point of landing area to see that okay if I hit the ball 266 yards, which is normally my distance, from there I am going to have about 196 yards to the flag which means that my second approach shot could
make me a birdie. So, I hope you enjoyed the tutorial. If you want more information just go to the links here or go to Garmin.com I’ve got all the time in the world. I’m off to the party. Caddy get the bag.
