THEY’RE KEEPING SOME OF THE FEATURES FROM THE ORIGINAL ARCHITECT. REPORTER: HE ALSO THINKS THE PROJECTS, THAT’S BEEN CONTROVERSIAL, WILL ULTIMATELY BE A GOOD THING FOR GOLFERS AND NONGOLFERS.
