Best Arizona Golf Communities – Moving to Phoenix

What are the best Arizona golf
communities? On this video we’re going to take a look at two great communities
located in Phoenix’s West Valley. Hi I’m Amy Hayslett and I’m a Realtor in
Phoenix and I talk about life in Phoenix and the Phoenix real estate market, so if
that’s something that’s interesting to you then go ahead and subscribe to my
channel so you don’t miss a thing. Now let’s get started. If you’ve been
thinking about moving to Arizona or you already live in Arizona and you’re
looking for a great golf community then you should consider Verado and Estrella.
Both Verrado and Estrella are some of the fastest selling neighborhoods in the
country and in Arizona. In fact Verado ranked number two as the fastest selling
community in Arizona and Estrella was right behind at number three. Verrado is
located in Buckeye and it’s home to the Verrado Golf Club with two courses. The
original Founders course and the newer course, the Victory Golf Course which is
located in the 55-plus neighborhood of Verrado known as Victory. Estrella is
located in Goodyear and is home to the Estrella Golf Club with one course. The
55 plus neighborhood of Estrella known as Cantamia does not have its own golf
course but the Estrella Golf Club is nearby so great golf is just minutes
away. The Estrella Golf Club is a daily fee based course of 18 holes and par-72
Championship golf extending 7102 yards.
it is a Nicklaus designed course and it is managed by Troon Golf. This course has
varying tee locations and great views making it an incredible golf experience
for all levels. Verardo is home to two championship golf courses both nestled
among the White Tank Mountains. The Founders Course is the original course
and offers a lush 18-hole experience with spectacular views combined with a
challenging and rewarding golf experience. The Victory Course is Verrado
Golf Clubs newest public championship golf course and it is located in
Verrado’s Victory neighborhood and also offers great views as it winds its
way around signature bluffs. Both courses are open to the public with daily fee
pricing as well as annual passes. Now let’s talk about the homes and the home
prices that you’ll find in Estrella and Verrado.
Estrella new build base prices start in the low $200s and can go up into the
$500,000 mark. Keep in mind these are base starting prices so once you add on
options your pricing is going to increase. Resale homes range from about
$259,000 and can go up into the million dollar mark
for custom homes. Meanwhile custom home sites range from about 45,000 to about
$e10,000. Now let’s check out the homes in CantaMia the
55 Plus neighborhood in Estrella. CantaMia new homes currently range from
a base price of $226,000 up to $327,000. Resale homes range from the low 200s up to about the half
million dollar mark and there are no Golf Course lots in cCantaMia, so we
won’t have any Golf Course homes to discuss. Now let’s check out homes in
Verrado. Verrado new home prices range from the low twos to the mid 400s. Resale
prices range from the low 200s to over the 1 million dollar mark for custom
homes and custom lots range in price from $72,000 to about a half a
millionn currently. Heading over to Victory the 55 plus community within
Verrado you’ll find new home prices starting from the mid $200s to the mid
$500s. Resale pricing ranges from the mid 200s all the way up to just under 900,000
with golf course homes ranging in price currently from about $450K to
about $850K. Currently there’s a few builders who can build homes on the
golf course and premiums start around $100k and
up. Arizona has some of the best golf in the country and some of the best Golf
Course communities in the country and Verrado and Estrella are two great
choices but I want to hear from you. What are your favorite golf courses and your
favorite golf course communities? I may use them in a future video and be sure
to subscribe so you don’t miss those videos. Thanks for watching and I’ll see
you on the next video. Bye bye.

That's some pricey golf course homes, but I like the low/no maintenance grounds of most of the homes. Good work AMY!
