So, you know that kind of image of the dodgy second-hand car dealer that we all have So, how do you bridge that gap? Well, this is Precisely what you can do certainly using internet marketing now. Imagine this scenario Okay, you are in a massive Let’s say a concert hall like a Wembley Stadium that place or a Carnegie Hall Is it in this state? if you’re over there, you know, why don’t use big place in let’s say the audience in front of you might be fifty thousand people a hundred thousand babies now imagine all of these people are in an area where they could potentially Become a member of your golf club. We’re going to use that analogy You could talk about golf coaching clients or equipment sales or whatever, but for the purpose of this video We’ll talk about getting members into your conference. Now. It’s a fifty thousand people in this room and let’s say you said You to the the people are only stadium you wanted to go on a stage and present some kind of a sales pitch to these fifty thousand people Well, it’s gonna be hard well, but imagine if you said to the owner of this stadium What I want you to do is find out for me all of the people out of these fifty thousand people that like to play golf and when we’ve got those fifty thousand people what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna take them out of this big console room and Put them into a bit of the smaller room So let’s suppose it for easy numbers half of those people now go into the smaller room So we’ve got rid of twenty five thousand people but the good news is we know those twenty five thousand people Aren’t gonna buy from us whatever we do. So it’s good to get rid of those people So we’ve kind of filtered them out next up. We say to the driver wraps around got twenty five thousand people Any chance you can find out for me if those people are? active golf players or they just like not watching the Masters when Tiger Woods he’s on so let’s say you does that and he now Comes down to a smaller number. Let’s home. I only have five thousand people now in our room so this is five thousand active golfers in the area that you live potentially could become a member of your golf club or Let’s suppose in at least half of those people Are likely to already be members of our golf club so we get rid of that half So we’re left with two thousand people So once we got rid of those people we could ask that person say do you know if any of those people might be? Interested you can actually joining a golf club So let’s get rid of those people and you get the concept and we filter and filter and filter down now what happens then is when you get on your stage to actually make your pitch and say Anyone like to become a member of my golf club, it’s lovely That’s basically all you need to do. There’s no hard core selling. There’s no pushiness There’s no you know Trying to convince people because you filter and filter and filter these people down And see what you’ve basically come to the conclusion that those people left standing in front of you Must want to become members of your golf club because they’ve shown you Behaviors and they’ve gone from the big room into the next room into the next room into the next room So by the time you’re at a stage where you say to them? Would you like to become a member of my golf club, you know, you’re virtually guaranteed Getting a yes and you’re never gonna have to do any sales kind of stuff to get them to do it You’re just gonna say gee thanks you that then after all of that stuff that you’ve said, yes, dude We do out to become a member of particular Make sense.
